Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong size/product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
In these cases, World Without Sin will cover all return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct item at no additional expense.
To begin your claim, email our customer service team at WWS.CO@outlook.com with the following:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the issue (showing the item and packaging)
Our team will review your request and provide next steps for replacement or refund.
Tag Policy
For a return or refund to be accepted, all original tags must remain attached.
Once tags are removed, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
We encourage customers to inspect items carefully before removing any tags.

Return Process
Email WWS.CO@outlook.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for a $10.00 flat-rate return shipping cost, which must be paid prior to shipment.
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact.
Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
No restocking fee will be applied to any eligible return.
