Terms and Conditions

Welcome

Welcome to the World Without Sin LLC Ambassador and Model Program.

By registering and participating, you agree to represent World Without Sin LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws, including Mississippi business and contract law, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for endorsements and testimonials.

Participation signifies your full understanding and acceptance of this agreement.

Purpose

This agreement establishes the terms under which participants (“Ambassadors” or “Models”) promote, represent, and collaborate with World Without Sin LLC, a Mississippi-registered limited liability company.

This program exists to glorify God through meaningful design, authentic representation, and Christ-centered collaboration that encourages others to walk in faith.

Term

This agreement begins on the date you enroll through the Ambassador Portal and remains effective until terminated by either party under the provisions set forth herein.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a World Without Sin Ambassador/Model, you agree to:

• Represent the brand and its message in a faith-centered, respectful, and professional manner, both online and offline.
  
• Use your best efforts to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales of WWS products.
  
• Follow all brand guidelines, promotional instructions, and ethical standards established by the Company.
  
• Create and share authentic content (photos, videos, stories, or posts) that aligns with our Christian values.
  
• Maintain appropriate public conduct, avoiding profanity, offensive material, or behavior inconsistent with biblical principles.
  
• Stay active by engaging with product releases, social media campaigns, and ambassador initiatives.
  
• Include clear and visible FTC-compliant disclosures (e.g., “#ad,” “#WWSAmbassador”) on all promotional posts.
  

Compensation

• You will earn a 10% commission on all verified sales generated through your unique referral link or code.
  
• Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out at the end or beginning of the following month for sales made in the prior month.
  
• Payouts will be issued via PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay, using the payment information you provide.
  
• The minimum payout threshold is $20 USD. Balances under $20 will roll over to the following month.
  
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or income reporting resulting from your earnings.
  

Note: As an independent affiliate, you are not an employee of World Without Sin LLC. This relationship does not constitute employment, partnership, or joint venture under Mississippi law.

Ownership & Usage of Content

• All brand-related photos, videos, or creative materials produced as part of this program become the property of World Without Sin LLC upon creation.
  
• The Company retains unlimited rights to edit, distribute, or repurpose this content for marketing and promotional use in perpetuity.
  
• Ambassadors may repost and share their own content but may not use Company imagery or designs for other commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  
• No royalties or additional compensation will be owed for content use beyond the agreed-upon commissions.

Age & Consent

• You confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.
  
• If under 18, you affirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to participate in this program.
  
• You understand that false or misleading information will result in termination and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice via email.
  
• Upon termination, you agree to:
  -Cease promotion of WWS products immediately.
  -Remove or update content if requested by the Company.
  -Return any Company property (sample items, unreleased materials, etc.).
  
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation without notice for:
  -Misrepresentation of the brand or Christian values.
  -Inactivity exceeding 45 days.
  -Violation of these terms or FTC guidelines.
  

Independent Contractor Status

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You act as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of World Without Sin LLC.
  
• You are responsible for your own tax filings, insurance, and record keeping under federal and Mississippi law.
  
• Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee, partnership, or franchise relationship.
  

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Mississippi, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.

Acknowledgment

By signing up through the World Without Sin LLC Ambassador Portal, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions.
  
• Are at least 16 years of age (or have obtained parental consent).
  
• Understand that you operate as an independent affiliate, not an employee.
  
• Acknowledge that all brand-related content is owned by World Without Sin LLC.
  
• Understand that your commission is 10% and that payouts require a minimum of $20.
