World Without Sin LLC Ambassador and Model Program Terms and Services

Welcome to the World Without Sin LLC Ambassador and Model Program. By signing up and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purpose

The purpose of this program is to outline the terms and conditions under which participants ("Ambassadors/Models") will represent and promote World Without Sin LLC ("Company") and its products.

Term
This agreement is effective as of the date you sign up through the Ambassador Portal and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party as provided herein.

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Ambassador/Model, you agree to:

a. Promote and represent World Without Sin LLC and its products in a positive and professional manner.
b. Use your best efforts to increase awareness and sales of World Without Sin LLC products.
c. Comply with all guidelines provided by the Company.
d. Create and share content (photos, videos, social media posts, etc.) as agreed upon with the Company.

Compensation
a. You will receive a commission of 10% on all sales generated through your unique referral link or code.
b. Commissions will be calculated and deposited at the end or beginning of the following month for the sales made during the previous month.

Ownership of Content
a. All rights, including copyright, to photos and content created by you for World Without Sin LLC are owned by the Company.
b. You agree not to use any photos or content created under this agreement for any purpose other than promoting World Without Sin LLC, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

Age and Consent:

a. You confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.
b. If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained parental consent to enter into this agreement.

Termination
a. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
b. Upon termination, you agree to cease all promotion of World Without Sin LLC products and return any Company property in your possession.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which World Without Sin LLC is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Notice
By participating in the World Without Sin LLC Ambassador and Model Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and, if under 18, have obtained parental consent. All rights to photos and content are owned by World Without Sin LLC, and your commission from the Ambassador program will be 10%, deposited by the end or beginning of the following month if payout is $10 or more. A PayPal account is required to record payouts. Payouts can only be requested when your account summary is over $10. This agreement is confirmed and signed by signing up through the Ambassador Portal for World Without Sin LLC.
