The World Without Sin Ambassador Program exists to build a community of individuals who believe in the mission of WWS and want to help share it with others.

Ambassadors help represent World Without Sin through authentic social media content, personal recommendations, product features, and everyday conversations. The goal is not simply to promote clothing, but to help carry messages rooted in Christ, Scripture, Catholic faith, and Christian living into places they may not otherwise reach.

Participation in the Ambassador Program is a promotional partnership with World Without Sin LLC. Ambassadors are expected to represent the brand respectfully, honestly, and consistently with the values and mission of WWS.

World Without Sin reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or end participation in the Ambassador Program when necessary to protect the brand, its customers, and its mission.

World Without Sin Ambassadors are expected to represent the brand in a way that reflects the mission, values, and Christian identity of WWS.

Ambassadors may promote WWS through social media posts, reels, stories, product photos, personal recommendations, and other authentic forms of content. Promotion should feel natural and should never misrepresent the brand, its products, discounts, or beliefs.

Ambassadors are expected to:

• Represent WWS respectfully and professionally
• Create honest, authentic content when promoting WWS products
• Accurately communicate promotions, discount codes, and product information
• Avoid offensive, misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content while representing WWS
• Respect WWS trademarks, designs, photography, and other brand assets
• Follow applicable social-media advertising and disclosure requirements when promoting products or earning commission
  

World Without Sin may request the removal or correction of ambassador content that contains inaccurate information or does not align with the standards of the program.

Being a WWS Ambassador means representing more than clothing—it means representing the mission behind it.

Approved World Without Sin Ambassadors may receive a personalized promotional code to share with their audience.

When an eligible customer uses an ambassador’s code at checkout, the customer may receive the advertised discount and the ambassador may earn commission on the qualifying purchase.

Ambassadors are responsible for sharing their code accurately and may not:

• Alter or misrepresent the discount attached to their code
• Create unauthorized promotions, giveaways, or additional discounts using the WWS name
• Use misleading claims to encourage purchases
• Purchase through their own code for the purpose of generating commission
  

Commission is calculated only on eligible, completed orders and may exclude refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions.

World Without Sin may adjust promotional codes, commission rates, eligible products, or program benefits when necessary. Any material changes affecting active ambassadors will be communicated through the program.

Current ambassador benefits include a 10% customer discount and 10% ambassador commission on qualifying purchases.

Ambassador content should reflect the identity and mission of World Without Sin in an authentic, respectful, and faith-centered way.

Ambassadors are encouraged to create original photos, videos, reels, stories, testimonials, and other content featuring WWS products. Content does not need to look overly polished, but it should represent the brand positively and clearly.

Ambassadors must not:

• Use WWS branding in a misleading or unauthorized way
• Alter WWS logos or designs in a way that misrepresents the brand
• Present personal opinions as official statements from World Without Sin
• Publish content that is hateful, sexually explicit, discriminatory, deceptive, or seriously inconsistent with the Christian values of the brand
• Make false claims about products, promotions, availability, or pricing
  

By submitting or directly providing content to World Without Sin, ambassadors may allow WWS to repost or feature that content on its website, social media, email marketing, or other promotional channels, with appropriate credit when practical.

The goal is simple: create content that feels genuine, represents the mission well, and helps point people toward something greater than the clothing itself.

Ambassador discounts, promotional codes, and program benefits are subject to the same general ordering and fulfillment policies that apply to World Without Sin customers unless otherwise stated.

Ambassadors are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing information, availability, and any applicable pre-order terms before placing or promoting an order.

Ambassador promotional codes may be limited to eligible products and may not apply to certain pre-orders, special releases, bundles, gift cards, or other excluded items.

Discounts may not always be combined with other promotional offers unless World Without Sin specifically allows stacking for that promotion.

Orders totaling $65 or more after applicable discounts may qualify for free U.S. shipping under the current WWS shipping policy.

Ambassador commission is not earned on shipping charges, taxes, refunded purchases, canceled orders, fraudulent transactions, or other transactions determined to be ineligible.

Ambassadors should never promise shipping dates, inventory availability, discounts, or other order terms beyond information officially provided by World Without Sin.

Pre-order products may follow different production and fulfillment timelines than standard in-stock products, and ambassadors should communicate those timelines accurately when promoting them.

World Without Sin may update eligible products, discount restrictions, shipping benefits, or promotional rules as the program develops.

Ambassadors are expected to communicate offers accurately so customers always understand what they are purchasing and what benefits apply.

Participation in the World Without Sin Ambassador Program is a privilege and may be reviewed at any time to ensure ambassadors continue to represent the brand and mission appropriately.

World Without Sin reserves the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Ambassador Program, including commission rates, discount amounts, eligibility requirements, promotional benefits, and program policies.

Ambassadors may choose to leave the program at any time by notifying World Without Sin.

World Without Sin may suspend or remove an ambassador from the program for reasons including:

Misuse of ambassador discount codes

Fraudulent or manipulated purchases

Misrepresentation of WWS products, promotions, or policies

Repeated failure to follow program requirements

Unauthorized use of World Without Sin branding or intellectual property

Content or conduct that seriously conflicts with the Christian mission or reputation of World Without Sin

Harassment, discrimination, deceptive behavior, or other conduct that could reasonably harm customers, ambassadors, or the WWS community

Outstanding eligible commissions earned before termination may still be paid according to the program’s normal commission rules, unless those commissions resulted from fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible transactions.

World Without Sin will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant program changes to active ambassadors.

The purpose of these standards is not to demand perfection, but to protect the integrity of the mission, the ambassador community, and the people we serve.

Participation in the World Without Sin Ambassador Program does not create an employment relationship between the ambassador and World Without Sin LLC.

Ambassadors participate as independent promotional partners and are not employees, agents, representatives, franchisees, or legal partners of World Without Sin.

Ambassadors do not have authority to enter into agreements, make commitments, issue refunds, guarantee products, or otherwise act on behalf of World Without Sin LLC.

Ambassadors are responsible for any personal tax obligations that may result from commissions or other compensation earned through the program.

World Without Sin may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to process payments or comply with applicable reporting requirements.

Ambassadors are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and contact information so eligible commissions can be processed correctly.

Participation in the program does not guarantee a specific amount of sales, commission, income, free products, collaborations, or other benefits.

The Ambassador Program is designed as a mission-driven promotional relationship while allowing each ambassador to independently create and share content with their own audience.

Participation in the World Without Sin Ambassador Program is subject to approval by World Without Sin LLC.

Submitting an application, receiving information about the program, or expressing interest does not guarantee acceptance.

World Without Sin may consider factors such as brand alignment, content quality, audience engagement, communication, professionalism, and overall fit with the mission when reviewing applicants.

Ambassadors are expected to provide accurate information during the application and onboarding process.

Applicants or ambassadors must not impersonate another person, provide false account information, misrepresent audience statistics, or otherwise attempt to obtain program benefits through deceptive means.

Acceptance into the program does not guarantee permanent membership. Ambassador status may be reviewed periodically as the program develops.

World Without Sin may establish additional eligibility requirements for specific campaigns, collaborations, product launches, or promotional opportunities.

Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the program complies with any applicable platform rules, local laws, contractual obligations, or other requirements that apply to them.

Acceptance into the Ambassador Program means joining a community built around the mission of World Without Sin and carrying that mission responsibly.

Eligible ambassador commissions are earned only on qualifying orders successfully attributed to the ambassador through the approved World Without Sin tracking system or promotional code.

Commission amounts are based on the eligible merchandise value of the order and generally do not include taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, refunds, cancellations, or other excluded amounts.

An order must be completed and remain eligible before its associated commission is considered payable.

If an order is canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible, any related commission may be canceled or deducted from a future payout when necessary.

Ambassadors are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and completing any information reasonably required before receiving payouts.

World Without Sin is not responsible for delayed or failed payments caused by incorrect payment information provided by the ambassador.

Payout timing, payment methods, minimum payout requirements, or other payment procedures may be updated as the Ambassador Program develops.

World Without Sin may review suspicious or unusual transactions before releasing commission payments.

Ambassadors may contact World Without Sin if they believe a qualifying transaction or commission has been recorded incorrectly.

Commission is earned through genuine referrals and qualifying purchases—not through manipulation of the program or its tracking systems.

All World Without Sin names, logos, graphics, artwork, product designs, photography, written content, trademarks, and other brand materials remain the property of World Without Sin LLC or their respective rights holders.

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not transfer ownership of any World Without Sin intellectual property to an ambassador.

Ambassadors may use approved WWS logos, product images, promotional graphics, and other provided materials only for the purpose of promoting World Without Sin through the Ambassador Program.

Ambassadors may not sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, license, or use World Without Sin designs or brand assets for their own products, businesses, merchandise, or unrelated commercial purposes without written permission.

Ambassadors may not create accounts, websites, domains, products, advertisements, or other materials that falsely appear to be officially operated, endorsed, or owned by World Without Sin.

Any edits made to WWS promotional materials should preserve the integrity of the original branding and should not distort, misrepresent, or materially alter the intended message.

Permission to use World Without Sin brand materials may be withdrawn if an ambassador leaves or is removed from the program.

World Without Sin reserves all rights to its intellectual property except where permission is expressly granted.

Ambassadors are trusted to share the WWS brand, not to claim ownership of it.

Ambassadors are responsible for clearly disclosing their relationship with World Without Sin whenever they promote WWS products and may receive commission, discounts, free products, or another benefit.

Disclosures should be clear, easy to notice, and placed where viewers can reasonably see or hear them without having to search for the information.

Acceptable disclosures may include language such as “WWS Ambassador,” “Affiliate,” “Ad,” “Sponsored,” or another clear statement explaining the ambassador relationship.

Ambassadors should not hide disclosures at the end of long captions, behind a “more” button when reasonably avoidable, or within a large group of unrelated hashtags.

Video content should include an appropriate disclosure within the video or in a clearly visible location associated with the post when required.

Ambassadors are responsible for following the advertising, endorsement, and branded-content rules of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and any other platform they use.

Ambassadors should only make statements about WWS products that reflect their genuine experience and must not make false, exaggerated, or unsupported claims.

World Without Sin may request that content be corrected, updated, or removed if proper disclosure is missing or if the promotion could mislead customers.

Applicable advertising and endorsement laws may change, and ambassadors are responsible for complying with requirements that apply to their content and location.

Transparency protects the ambassador, the customer, and the integrity of the World Without Sin mission.

World Without Sin may collect and use information reasonably necessary to operate the Ambassador Program, including contact information, social media details, payment information, referral activity, and commission records.

Information collected through the program will be handled in accordance with applicable WWS privacy practices and used for purposes such as administering ambassador accounts, processing commissions, communicating program updates, and preventing misuse of the program.

Ambassadors are responsible for protecting their Ambassador Portal login credentials, promotional codes, payment information, and other account details.

Ambassadors should not share private program information, unreleased product details, launch plans, internal communications, customer information, or other materials identified as confidential without permission from World Without Sin.

Early-access information, unreleased designs, campaign materials, or other private content provided to ambassadors should not be publicly shared before the authorized release date.

Ambassadors must not collect, store, publish, or misuse personal information belonging to WWS customers or other ambassadors.

If an ambassador believes their account, promotional code, or private program information has been compromised, they should contact World Without Sin as soon as reasonably possible.

Confidentiality obligations regarding private or proprietary information may continue after an ambassador leaves the program when appropriate.

Trust is an important part of the Ambassador Program, and ambassadors are expected to handle private information with care and integrity.

From time to time, World Without Sin may invite selected ambassadors to participate in product launches, early-access opportunities, content campaigns, collaborations, giveaways, or other special promotions.

Participation in these opportunities is not guaranteed and may vary based on the needs of each campaign, product availability, content quality, engagement, past participation, and alignment with the WWS mission.

Receiving free or discounted merchandise does not automatically guarantee future free products, paid collaborations, or additional promotional opportunities.

Products provided for promotional purposes are intended to support authentic ambassador content and should not be obtained solely for resale or personal financial gain.

When World Without Sin provides specific campaign instructions, ambassadors are expected to follow reasonable requirements regarding posting dates, product presentation, disclosures, messaging, or required content.

Early-access products, unreleased designs, launch information, photography, pricing, or campaign details must remain private until World Without Sin authorizes their public release.

Ambassadors should communicate promptly if they are unable to complete an agreed-upon campaign or content commitment.

World Without Sin may determine which ambassadors participate in individual campaigns and may modify or cancel promotional opportunities when circumstances require it.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participation in a special campaign does not create an employment relationship or guarantee additional compensation beyond the benefits specifically offered for that campaign.

Special opportunities are designed to reward ambassadors who actively support the mission while giving WWS the flexibility to build each campaign intentionally.

World Without Sin may communicate with ambassadors by email, through the Ambassador Portal, social media, or other contact methods provided during enrollment.

Ambassadors are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate and checking program communications regularly.

Program communications may include updates regarding commission, promotional codes, product launches, campaign opportunities, early access, policy changes, account status, and other information related to participation in the Ambassador Program.

Certain communications may be necessary to administer the program and may not be promotional in nature.

Ambassadors should respond within a reasonable amount of time when World Without Sin requests information related to an active campaign, payment issue, account concern, or other important program matter.

Ambassadors should not rely on unofficial statements, rumors, or information shared by other ambassadors as confirmation of WWS policies, promotions, launch details, or program changes.

Official program information should come directly from World Without Sin or through authorized WWS communication channels.

World Without Sin may occasionally request feedback from ambassadors to help improve products, campaigns, or the Ambassador Program.

Failure to receive a communication because of outdated contact information, filtered email, or an inactive account does not automatically invalidate an otherwise applicable program update.

Clear communication helps keep the Ambassador Program organized, fair, and aligned with the mission.

Participation in the World Without Sin Ambassador Program is voluntary, and ambassadors are responsible for their own decisions, content, equipment, expenses, accounts, and activities related to participation in the program.

World Without Sin does not guarantee any specific amount of sales, commission, income, audience growth, free products, collaborations, exposure, or other results from participation in the Ambassador Program.

Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring that their content, statements, promotions, and activities comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and any agreements that apply to them.

World Without Sin is not responsible for losses resulting from social media account restrictions, platform outages, changes to third-party algorithms or policies, internet interruptions, inaccurate information provided by an ambassador, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of WWS.

Ambassadors should not make promises, warranties, guarantees, medical claims, financial claims, or other representations about World Without Sin products that have not been expressly authorized by WWS.

World Without Sin makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate program information and tracking but does not guarantee that the Ambassador Portal, referral tracking, promotional codes, or other program technology will always operate without interruption or error.

If a tracking or commission issue occurs, World Without Sin may review available records and make a reasonable determination regarding the applicable transaction or commission.

Ambassadors are responsible for any costs they voluntarily incur while creating content or participating in the program unless World Without Sin has specifically agreed in writing to reimburse those expenses.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Ambassador Program is intended to provide an opportunity to support and share the WWS mission, but participation does not guarantee financial or promotional results.

By applying to, enrolling in, or participating in the World Without Sin Ambassador Program, the ambassador acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Ambassador Program Terms.

Continued participation in the program after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those updated terms, subject to applicable law.

These terms, together with any additional written campaign requirements, program policies, or agreements provided by World Without Sin, govern participation in the Ambassador Program.

If there is a conflict between these general Ambassador Program Terms and a separate written agreement specifically entered into between an ambassador and World Without Sin, the separate written agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by World Without Sin to enforce a provision of these terms on one occasion does not permanently waive its right to enforce that provision in the future.

World Without Sin may update these terms as the Ambassador Program develops. Significant changes may be communicated to active ambassadors through email, the Ambassador Portal, or another official communication method.

Participation in the program is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to World Without Sin LLC, without limiting any consumer, worker, contractor, or statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.

By participating in the World Without Sin Ambassador Program, ambassadors agree to support the mission responsibly, represent the brand faithfully, and follow the standards outlined in these terms.

World Without Sin will make reasonable efforts to respond to ambassador inquiries within normal business operations, although response times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
