Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items do not follow our standard 1–3 business day processing timeline.
Each preorder remains open until its production goal is reached. Depending on demand and community support, reaching the goal commonly takes approximately 1–2 months, though it may take longer.
If the goal period becomes extended, customers will receive an email update and may continue waiting or request a cancellation and refund as long as production has not started.
Once the production goal is reached, production typically takes approximately 2–4 weeks. After production is complete, shipping typically takes approximately 3–4 days.
Preorder purchases may be canceled and refunded before production begins. Once production starts, they are final except for damaged, defective, incorrect items, or rights required by applicable law.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together once all items in the order are ready. This means in-stock items may be delayed until the pre-order item has completed production.
If you would like your in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order from any pre-order items. Separate orders will be subject to their own applicable shipping charges and free-shipping requirements.
Once a mixed order has been placed, World Without Sin may not be able to split the shipment after processing has begun.
Shipping timelines shown for in-stock products do not apply to mixed orders containing pre-order items.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
This time allows our team to prepare, package, and fulfill your order with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during new releases, holidays, or sales events.
Shipping Time
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Once processed, domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, or unforeseen delays.
International Shipping

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping within the U.S.:
$10 Flat Rate – Standard USPS shipping
$15 Flat Rate – Priority USPS shipping
Free Shipping – On all U.S. orders over $65 (after discounts are applied)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can track your order:
Directly on the USPS website, or
Through the Shop App, which allows you to track your package for free and receive real-time delivery updates.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before completing checkout.
Delays and Exceptions

Weather conditions
Postal carrier issues
Customs clearance processes
Circumstances beyond our control
