How Our Pre-Orders Work
Each pre-order item has a specific production goal. This goal represents the minimum number of orders needed for us to move forward with manufacturing.
• Once the goal is reached, production begins immediately
• If the goal is not met, customers will be notified with next steps
• We keep you updated every step of the way
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your piece before it officially goes into production. This allows us to:

Once you place a pre-order, you will receive updates via email and, when applicable, phone regarding:
• Goal progress
• Production start
• Printing updates
• Shipping confirmation

Turnaround Time
After the production goal is fulfilled and we begin manufacturing, turnaround time is approximately:
2 to 4 weeks
This includes printing, quality checks, and preparation for shipping.
